- Custom or made-to-order items from the Trikon Minimal Furniture Collection are produced on demand and may have longer lead times.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available methods are displayed at checkout.
- Delivery timelines begin after production is complete for on-demand items.
- Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon your receipt, depending on the shipping method selected.
- EverPlain Home LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order furniture (including all items from the Trikon Minimal Collection) is non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- For defective or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
- Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
